Optional investments can be made by check, automatic withdrawal from your bank account or online through the plan administrator’s website. You may invest up to $10,000 per month through the plan, unless waived by DDR.

  • Automatic Dividend Reinvestment:
You can increase your holdings of our common shares with the benefit of compound returns by automatically reinvesting your cash dividends. You can elect to reinvest all or a percentage of your dividends.

  • Share Safekeeping:
You can deposit your common share certificates for safekeeping with the plan administrator.

  • Fees:
The one-time $15 enrollment fee for new participants will be paid by DDR. Also, there is no fee for the reinvestment of dividends. Participants will pay fees and commissions on the sale of shares, and these costs are clearly outlined in the applicable prospectus.
