Scott A. Wolstein

Executive Chairman of the Board

Mr. Wolstein was appointed Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors on January 1, 2010. He had served as the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Developers Diversified Realty since its organization in 1992. Mr. Wolstein was Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company from May 1997 through December 2009. Prior to the organization of the Company, Mr. Wolstein was a principal and executive officer of Developers Diversified Group, the Company's predecessor.

He graduated cum laude from both the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Michigan Law School. Following law school, Mr. Wolstein was associated with the law firm of Thompson Hine.

Mr. Wolstein is currently a member of the Board of Governors of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT); Board of Directors of the Real Estate Roundtable; Board of Trustees for Case Western Reserve University; Board of Directors for United Way of Greater Cleveland; Board Member of the Greater Cleveland Partnership; Board Member of the Cleveland Development Advisors; and member of the Executive Committee and Board of Trustees of the Zell-Lurie Wharton Real Estate Center. He is also a current member of the Urban Land Institute, PREA, and the World Presidents' Organization.

He has also served as Chairman of the State of Israel Bonds - Ohio Chapter; a Trustee of the International Council of Shopping Centers; Board of Directors of University Hospitals Health Systems; President of the Board of Trustees of the United Cerebral Palsy Association of Greater Cleveland; Board of Directors and Executive Committee Member of the Cleveland Chapter of the Red Cross; Board Member of the Cleveland Chapter of the Anti Defamation League, and a member of the Board of the Great Lakes Theater Festival; The Park Synagogue; and the Convention & Visitors Bureau of Greater Cleveland. Mr. Wolstein is a four-time recipient of the Realty Stock Review's Outstanding CEO Award.

In 2007, he received the Malden Mills Corporate Kindness Award from Project Love, a Cleveland-based organization whose mission is to promote kindness, caring and mutual respect among, for and through our children.

Daniel B. Hurwitz

President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Hurwitz was appointed President & Chief Executive Officer of Developers Diversified on January 1, 2010. He had served as President & Chief Operating Officer of the Company from May 2007 through December 2009, as Senior Executive Vice President & Chief Investment Officer from May 2005 to May 2007, and as Executive Vice President from June 1999 through April 2005. Mr. Hurwitz joined the Company's Board of Directors in June 2009, and previously served on the board from May 2002 to May 2004.

Mr. Hurwitz is responsible for developing, refining and executing Developers Diversified's corporate strategy, policies, goals and objectives. This role is accountable for company performance and reports to the Board of Directors. Also, he is a member of the Company's executive, management and investment committees.

Prior to joining Developers Diversified, Mr. Hurwitz served as Senior Vice President and Director of Real Estate and Corporate Development for Boscov's Department Store, Inc. Prior to Boscov's, Mr. Hurwitz served as Development Director for the Shopco Group, a New York City-based developer and acquirer of regional and super regional shopping malls.

Mr. Hurwitz is a graduate of Colgate University and the Wharton School of Business Management Program at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a frequent speaker at real estate industry functions, including the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI), and The University of Wisconsin-Madison James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate.

Professionally, Mr. Hurwitz is a member of the Board of Trustees of U-Store-It Trust (NYSE: YSI), where he serves on the audit committee and as chair of the executive compensation committee; a director of EDT Retail Management Limited, the manager of EDT Retail Trust (ASX:EDT); a member of the Developers Diversified/Sonae Sierra Brasil advisory committee that oversees all venture activities in Brazil; a member of ICSC, a member of the ICSC Board of Trustees, co-chair of ICSC's open-air centers committee and a member of the ICSC Political Action Committee. He is also a member of ULI and serves as Vice Chairman of the CRC Blue Council. In addition, Mr. Hurwitz is a member of The Samuel Zell and Robert Lurie Real Estate Center at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where he serves in the Career Mentor Program.

Additionally, Mr. Hurwitz is a member of the Colgate University Board of Trustees; a member of the Board of Trustees of Hawken School; and a member of the Leadership Board for the Neurological Institute at the Cleveland Clinic.

He has also served as a member of the Board of Regents for the University System of Ohio and the Board of Directors of the Colgate University Alumni Corporation, Colgate University Maroon Council, Boscov's Department Store, Inc., The Network, Applewood Centers and the Cleveland Children's Museum.

Paul Freddo

Senior Executive Vice President of Leasing & Development

Paul Freddo was promoted to Senior Executive Vice President of Leasing & Development in December 2008. He joined Developers Diversified as Senior Vice President of Development-Western Region in August 2008.

He oversees the leasing, development, redevelopment and expansion, retail partnerships, development leasing, peripheral development and anchor store redevelopment departments within the Company. In addition, Mr. Freddo serves on the company's executive, investment, management, and internal compensation committees.

Prior to joining Developers Diversified, Mr. Freddo served as Vice President and Director of Real Estate for JCPenney.

He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Adelphi University. His professional and civic activities include being a Trustee for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and serving on the Board of Directors for The Network.

John S. Kokinchak SCSM, SCLS

Senior Executive Vice President of Property Management

Mr. Kokinchak was promoted to Senior Executive Vice President of Property Management for Developers Diversified in March 2010. He had served as Executive Vice President of Property Management for Developers Diversified since March 2008, Senior Vice President of Property Management since 2006, and joined the Company as Vice President of Property Management, Specialty Centers in August 2004.

An industry veteran, Mr. Kokinchak oversees the property management, marketing & corporate communications, new business development, information technology, facilities management and office services departments. He also serves on the Company's executive, internal compensation and management committees.

Prior to joining Developers Diversified, Mr. Kokinchak served as Vice President of Property Management for Prizm Asset Management Company, and held positions with the Shopco Group and Simon Property Group.

In addition to being a senior certified shopping center manager, Mr. Kokinchak also holds the designation of senior certified leasing specialist.

Mr. Kokinchak is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Fusion Conference planning committee, and will serve as co-chair of the 2011 Fusion Conference. In addition he serves on the certified leasing specialist test and certified shopping center manager committees. In 2008 and 2009 he served as the Dean for the ICSC University of Shopping Centers' School of Open Air Centers. Mr. Kokinchak also currently serves on the advisory board of Specialty Retail Report, an industry publication.

David J. Oakes

Senior Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Oakes was promoted to Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in February 2010. Prior to that, he served as Senior Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Investment Officer since December 2008. Mr. Oakes joined Developers Diversified Realty as Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Investment Officer in April 2007.

Mr. Oakes oversees the Company's capital markets, transactions, budgeting, tax, investor relations, funds management, property and corporate accounting, audit, external reporting, corporate governance and human resources functions. He serves on the Company's executive, compensation, and management committees, and chairs the investment committee. Mr. Oakes is also a director of EDT Retail Management Limited, the manager of EDT Retail Trust (ASX: EDT) and a member of the Developers Diversified/Sonae Sierra Brasil advisory committee that oversees all venture activities in Brazil.

Prior to joining Developers Diversified Realty, Mr. Oakes served as Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Cohen & Steers Capital Management. In his role, he oversaw the firm's global and international real estate securities portfolios for the oldest and largest dedicated real estate securities fund manager. Previously he worked as a Research Analyst in global investment research at Goldman Sachs, where he covered U.S. REITs.

Mr. Oakes earned his bachelor's degree at Washington University in St. Louis and is a CFA charterholder. He is a member of the Zell-Lurie Real Estate Center, the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the New York Society of Securities Analysts. Mr. Oakes also serves on the board of The Gathering Place, a nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals and families affected by cancer.

Joan U. Allgood

Executive Vice President of Corporate Transactions & Governance

Joan U. Allgood was appointed Executive Vice President of Corporate Transactions & Governance in October 2005. Mrs. Allgood had previously served the Company as Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer & Secretary.

Her responsibilities include the execution of the Company's external growth strategy through document negotiation and management of the closing process for mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, and compliance with corporate governance policies and practices. Mrs. Allgood also serves as Corporate Secretary to the Company's Board of Directors. She was the Company's Vice President and General Counsel since its organization as a public company in 1993, and General Counsel of its predecessor entities since 1987. She was promoted to Senior Vice President in 1999.

Mrs. Allgood practiced law with Thompson Hine from 1983 to 1987 and is a graduate of Denison University and Case Western Reserve University School of Law.

She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio Bar Association, the Cleveland Bar Association, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals and the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.

Mrs. Allgood also serves on the Boards of the Cleveland Foodbank and the Cleveland chapter of the YWCA. In 2008, she was acknowledged as one of 12 'Women of Note' in Crain's Cleveland Business.

Mark Bratt

Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer

Mark Bratt joined Developers Diversified as Executive Vice President & Chief Investment Officer in July 2010.

Mr. Bratt is responsible for directing the company's dispositions strategy and selectively acquiring properties that improve the Prime Portfolio. Mr. Bratt will be responsible for initiating relationships with new institutional capital partners, and will work to further advance relationships with existing partners. Mr. Bratt will also serve on the company's executive and investment committees.

Prior to joining Developers Diversified, Mr. Bratt served as Executive Director, acquisitions and portfolio management for Morgan Stanley Real Estate. Mr. Bratt's additional previous industry experience included serving as Principal, Acquisitions for Lend Lease Real Estate Investments; Director of Asset Management for Amresco Advisors; and Vice President for Prentiss Properties.

Mr. Bratt is a graduate of the University of California, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering, and a Masters in Business Administration.

Richard E. Brown

Executive Vice President of International

Richard E. Brown was appointed Executive Vice President of International in October 2006. In this role, Mr. Brown is responsible for managing relationships with Developers Diversified's international partners and pursuing new international business opportunities on behalf of the Company. Mr. Brown is also a member of the Board of Directors of Sonae Sierra Brasil, the Company's joint venture operating company based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Prior to this appointment, Mr. Brown had served as Executive Vice President of Real Estate Operations since October 2005, responsible for overseeing property management, property accounting, information technology, joint venture relations and risk management.

From March 2002 to October 2005, Mr. Brown served as Senior Vice President of Real Estate Operations, and prior to that as Senior Vice President of Asset Management and Operations. Mr. Brown joined Developers Diversified in January 2000.

A shopping center veteran prior to joining Developers Diversified, Mr. Brown served as Vice President of Asset Management for Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based PREIT. Prior to his tenure with PREIT, Mr. Brown served as Vice President of Retail Asset Management for The Balcor Company, located in Chicago.

Mr. Brown is a graduate of Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada, is a Chartered Accountant (Canada) and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Robin R. Walker - Gibbons

Executive Vice President of Leasing

Robin R. Walker-Gibbons was appointed Executive Vice President of Leasing in October 2005. Ms. Walker-Gibbons joined Developers Diversified Realty in April 1995 as a Leasing Manager in the Company's Charlotte, North Carolina office, and in November of that same year was promoted to Vice President of Leasing and relocated to the Company's Cleveland headquarters. Ms. Walker-Gibbons was further promoted to Senior Vice President of Leasing for the Southeast Region in March 2005.

Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Walker-Gibbons was President of Aroco, Inc., a retail brokerage and tenant representation firm based in Alabama.

Ms. Walker-Gibbons is a graduate of the University of Alabama and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

She was the Associate Dean of the ICSC University of Shopping Centers' School of Leasing from March 2006 through March 2007. She also served for one year as Dean of the ICSC University of Shopping Centers' School of Leasing, her term ended in March 2008.

She is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) of Cleveland. In 2008, Ms. Walker-Gibbons was recognized by Real Estate Forum magazine as a 'Woman of Influence' in the commercial real estate industry.

Erik Christopher

Senior Vice President of Leasing - Development

Erik Christopher was appointed Senior Vice President of Leasing - Development in March 2008. He had served as Vice President of Development Leasing for the Company since August 2006.

Mr. Christopher is responsible for and manages the leasing efforts for Developers Diversified's development properties.

He previously worked for Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT), where he was Vice President of Leasing. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Leasing and Development at Newman Development Group. He also has experience on the retail side of the real estate business, having worked in the real estate department of Gap, Inc., as a Senior Real Estate Representative covering the Northeast.

Mr. Christopher is a graduate of Towson University in Towson, Maryland, and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Mr. Christopher also serves on the Board of Applewood Centers, Inc, a non-profit agency providing behavioral health services.

David C. Dieterle

Senior Vice President of Leasing – Southern Region

David Dieterle was appointed Senior Vice President of Leasing for the Southern Region in October 2005. Mr. Dieterle joined Developers Diversified Realty in 2002 as Senior Leasing Director for the Western Region.

Prior to joining Developers Diversified, Mr. Dieterle was Vice President of Business Development for BAA USA Inc., where he was accountable for the acquisition of airport retail management, development and leasing contracts. He began his career in property management at Kravco, a King of Prussia, Pennsylvania-based shopping center management and development company.

Mr. Dieterle is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Steven M. Dorsky

Senior Vice President of Leasing - Northern Region

Mr. Dorsky served as Vice President of Leasing at Developers Diversified from November 1995 and was promoted to Senior Vice President of Leasing - Northern Region in March 2005.

Prior to joining the Company, he was an Assistant Vice President and Senior Leasing Associate for Cleveland-based Hausman Companies.

Mr. Dorsky earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Macalester College and a master's degree in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University's School of Applied Social Science.

James J. Farrell

Senior Vice President of Redevelopment & Expansions

Mr. Farrell joined Developers Diversified in 2010 as Senior Vice President of Redevelopment & Expansions. In this role, Mr. Farrell is responsible for redevelopment and expansion opportunities within the portfolio to enhance the overall quality of the company's prime assets.

Prior to joining Developers Diversified, Mr. Farrell was Senior Vice President – Development at Joseph Freed and Associates, where he managed both development and redevelopment initiatives. Before that, Mr. Farrell held roles of increasing responsibility with Westfield, Urban Retail Properties Company, Homart Development Company, and Melaniphy & Associates.

Mr. Farrell received his bachelor of science in business administration from Northern Illinois University and his master of arts from Northeastern Illinois University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

David J. Favorite CSM

Senior Vice President of Property Management

David J. Favorite was promoted to Senior Vice President of Property Management in February 2009. Mr. Favorite joined Developers Diversified in 2003 as Vice President of Operations. In 2005 he became Vice President of Property Management, Community Centers.

Mr. Favorite's career in the industry spans three decades, having previously held property management positions with the Edward J. DeBartolo Corporation and Forest City Commercial Management, where he served as Vice President of Operations for the last 15 years of his 20-year tenure with the company.

Mr. Favorite graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), is a former State of Ohio ICSC Operations Manager, and previously served on the ICSC CSM Committee. He is on the Board of Trustees for Benedictine High School. He also recently served on the facilities committee for the Cleveland-area Ronald McDonald House.

Marc Feldman CLS

Senior Vice President of New Business Development

Marc Feldman was promoted to Senior Vice President of New Business Development in July 2009. Mr. Feldman had been Vice President of New Business Development since April 2008 and Director of Strategic Partnerships since August 2007, when he joined Developers Diversified.

In this role, Mr. Feldman oversees the new business development department. His department handles numerous lines of business, including managing the Company's cart and kiosk program and leasing real estate to tenants on a temporary or seasonal basis. Mr. Feldman's group also oversees emerging areas, such as the company's solar power program, wireless technologies relationships and the advertising and sponsorship initiatives within Developers Diversified's portfolio. His department also recently introduced the Strategic Business Partner Program, which is designed to help other shopping center owners launch an ancillary income program.

Prior to joining Developers Diversified, Mr. Feldman was a corporate sales executive for the Cleveland Cavaliers, where he secured sponsorships with blue chip companies such as UPS, Cadillac, Bacardi, Safe Auto Insurance and Cleveland.com.

Mr. Feldman holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University and a Juris Doctor degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law. He is a member of the Ohio and Illinois Bar Associations, on the executive committee for the American Cancer Society of Greater Cleveland's annual golf classic, and also serves on the advisory board for an industry publication, Specialty Retail Report. In 2008, he was recognized as one of 'Forty under 40' by Crain's Cleveland Business.

Francine Glandt CFA

Senior Vice President of Capital Markets & Treasurer

Francine Glandt was promoted to Senior Vice President of Capital Markets & Treasurer in March 2009. She joined Developers Diversified in March 2003 as Director of Capital Markets and was promoted to Treasurer and Vice President of Finance in March 2007.

In her role, Ms. Glandt works with the Senior Executive Vice President & Chief Investment Officer and the Chief Financial Officer to raise capital to meet Developers Diversified's investment needs and to strategically plan the financial course for the Company. Ms. Glandt also manages treasury operations, investor relations and relations with capital providers and rating agencies.

Prior to joining Developers Diversified, Ms. Glandt was Vice President of Capital Markets at JDN Realty Corporation. Prior to her employment with JDN, Ms. Glandt was Assistant Vice President of Investor Relations at United Dominion Realty Trust.

Ms. Glandt earned her undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Manitoba and an MBA in Finance from the University of Toronto. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Mortgage Bankers Association, CFA Institute and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Marc Hays

Senior Vice President of Leasing – International and Specialty Centers

Marc Hays was appointed Senior Vice President of Leasing - International and Specialty Centers in January 2010.  He was promoted to Senior Vice President of Leasing - Specialty Centers in March 2006. Previously he served as Vice President of Leasing - Specialty Centers from March 2004 through February 2006, and as Director from November 2002 through February 2004.  

Mr. Hays is responsible for overseeing leasing efforts of Developers Diversified's specialty center portfolio and international portfolio, which includes shopping centers located in Puerto Rico, Brazil and Canada.  The specialty center portfolio includes lifestyle centers, some enclosed malls and various new developments and redevelopment projects.  

Prior to joining Developers Diversified, Mr. Hays served as Real Estate Manager for Talbots.  Prior to Talbots, Mr. Hays held various real estate positions with Borders, The Jacobs Group and General Growth Properties.

Mr. Hays is a graduate of John Carroll University.  He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).  He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Cleveland YMCA.

Daniel M. Herman

Senior Vice President of Development

Daniel M. Herman was appointed Senior Vice President of Development at Developers Diversified Realty in March 2006. Mr. Herman oversees Developers Diversified's development of new assets, as well as the redevelopment and expansion for the Company's existing nationwide retail real estate portfolio, including Puerto Rico and Canada.

Prior to joining the Company in September 2003 as Director of Development, Mr. Herman served in senior development roles with the Hemisphere Corporation, Visconsi Companies and Hausman Companies.

Mr. Herman earned his bachelor's degree in Real Estate - Finance at The Ohio State University. He is a member of the American Planning Association, the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and has held several state and regional leadership positions with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), of which he remains an active member.

A veteran of the shopping center industry, he has also served as president of the Northern Ohio Chapter of the International Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives and as a member of the Task Force of the State Comprehensive Wetlands Strategy in Ohio.

Timothy J. Lordan

Senior Vice President of Funds Management

Timothy J. Lordan joined Developers Diversified Realty as Vice President of Funds Management in July 2007 and was promoted to his current role in March 2009.

He oversees the management, operations and transactional activity of the Company's institutional investment funds. Mr. Lordan is also responsible for working with Developers Diversified's institutional investors to develop and execute business strategies.

Mr. Lordan has eight years' experience in corporate finance and investor relations, including five years with The Rouse Company, where he was Vice President and Director, Investor Relations. Prior to that, he worked for 10 years at KPMG, where he specialized in real estate transactions and REIT accounting. While at KPMG, Mr. Lordan worked with major real estate entities raising capital through private placements and public equity and debt offerings.

Mr. Lordan is a certified public accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Mount Saint Mary's University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

He has previously served as Treasurer and Director of the Arc of Howard County Maryland, Director of the Columbia Foundation, and as a Trustee of the Trinity School in Baltimore, Maryland.

Kevin Moss

Senior Vice President of Information Technology

Kevin Moss joined Developers Diversified as Senior Vice President of Information Technology in December 2008.

Mr. Moss brings a business approach to the leadership of technology initiatives. He is responsible for driving innovation through strategic investments in software and infrastructure, aligning interdepartmental goals, and leveraging technology to empower business units and enable them to improve their performance and profitability.

He previously worked for General Growth Properties, Inc. His career there spanned 22 years and included various property management positions at the property and regional levels, as well as serving as the company's first Chief Information Officer. Most recently he held the position of Senior Vice President, Operations for GGP International.

Mr. Moss has a degree in Business Administration from Drake University. He is a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC)

Craig A. Schultz

Senior Vice President of Strategic Finance & Tax

Craig A. Schultz was appointed Senior Vice President of Strategic Finance & Tax in July 2009. He was promoted to Senior Vice President of Tax for Developers Diversified Realty in March 2009. Previously he served as Vice President of Tax since March 2005, and Director of Tax since November 2002.

In his role, he has overall management responsibility for all areas of tax including strategic structural tax planning, implementing business initiatives, tax accounting and reporting, and tax compliance. He is also responsible for corporate planning and budgeting. In this role, Mr. Schultz ensures that the Company's annual and five-year financial models are current and continuously revised to meet business needs.

Prior to joining Developers Diversified, Mr. Schultz worked for 10 years at Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Tax Manager, specializing in partnership taxation, with an emphasis on real estate tax matters.

Mr. Schultz holds a master's degree in Taxation from the University of Akron and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) and is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Trusts (NAREIT), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Ohio Society of CPAs (OSCPA).

Kenneth L. Stern

Senior Vice President of Peripheral Development

Mr. Stern joined Developers Diversified Realty in September 1995 as Director of Leasing – Northeast. He was promoted to Director of Peripheral Development in October 1999 and then to Vice President of Peripheral Development in March 2005. In March 2009, he was promoted to his current position.

In his role, he oversees the Company's portfolio of excess land and generates new income from the sale, ground leases or creation of multi-tenant buildings on the pads of the Company's shopping centers.

Prior to joining Developers Diversified, Mr. Stern was Director of Retail Leasing for CMS Companies, a wealth management and real estate investment firm based in Philadelphia. He was also Leasing Manager for the Core Group, a real estate investment and development company based in New York City and Philadelphia.

Mr. Stern graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science from the Smeal College of Business. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Christa A. Vesy

Senior Vice President & Chief Accounting Officer

Christa A. Vesy was appointed Senior Vice President & Chief Accounting Officer of Developers Diversified in November 2006. In this role Ms. Vesy oversees the property and corporate accounting and financial reporting functions for Developers Diversified.

Prior to joining Developers Diversified, Ms. Vesy worked for The Lubrizol Corporation, where she served as manager of external financial reporting and then as controller for the lubricant additives business segment. Prior to joining Lubrizol, from 1993 to September 2004, Ms. Vesy held various positions with the Assurance and Business Advisory Services group of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, a registered public accounting firm, including Senior Manager from 1999 to September 2004.

Ms. Vesy graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Ms. Vesy is a certified public accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Cleveland

Anthony Vodicka

Senior Vice President of Leasing - Western Region

Mr. Vodicka was promoted to Senior Vice President of Leasing for the Western Region at Developers Diversified in March 2005. He had served as Vice President of Leasing for the Western Region since March 2002 and prior to that, as Assistant Vice President of Leasing for the Midwest Region and as Regional Leasing Manager.

Before joining Developers Diversified in October 1999, Mr. Vodicka was a Leasing Representative for the Richard E. Jacobs Group, a Cleveland-based shopping center management company.

Mr. Vodicka is a graduate of Mercyhurst College in Erie, PA, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Management and Marketing. Mr. Vodicka is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

David E. Weiss

Senior Vice President & General Counsel

David E. Weiss has served as Senior Vice President since 2006, and General Counsel since 2003. His management of the legal aspects of the Company's day-to-day operations includes developments, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, litigation, commercial financing transactions, risk management and general corporate matters.

Before joining Developers Diversified in 1999, Mr. Weiss was a partner with the law firm McDonald, Hopkins, Burke & Haber Co., LPA, in Cleveland.

A former council member for the City of Shaker Heights, Mr. Weiss is a member of the 2004 class of Leadership Cleveland, past president of Family Connections, and presently serves on the Board of the Center for Families and Children. In addition, he is a member of the Visiting Committee of the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and the Law Committee for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He also co-chaired the Cuyahoga County Policy Sub-Committee, advising the county on the development of a universal pre-kindergarten system.

Mr. Weiss received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan and is a graduate of The Ohio State University's College of Law. He is a member of the Cleveland and American Bar Associations, the National Association of Real Estate of Investment Trusts (NAREIT) and ICSC.

Bryan P. Zabell

Senior Vice President of Leasing – Anchor Store Redevelopment

Bryan P. Zabell was promoted to Senior Vice President of Leasing - Anchor Store Redevelopment in July 2009. Previously he served as Vice President of Leasing – Anchor Store Redevelopment since September 2008. Mr. Zabell joined Developers Diversified in 2001 and has been a member of the company's executive committee since March 2008.

Mr. Zabell is responsible for overseeing the leasing and redevelopment efforts for all vacant spaces larger than 20,000 square feet within Developers Diversified's portfolio. Additional responsibilities include a focus on business matters relating to big box retailer bankruptcies. In this capacity, he has participated on the unsecured creditors committee for two bankrupt retailers: Mervyns Department Stores and Circuit City.

Before heading the Anchor Store Redevelopment department, he served as Vice President of Leasing - Caribbean Properties from 2005 to 2008, where he was responsible for the oversight of the leasing functions for a five million square foot retail portfolio located in Puerto Rico. Additionally, Mr. Zabell was one of the original participants and a graduate of the Company's industry leading Management Training Program.

Mr. Zabell is a graduate of the Max M. Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University, and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He was acknowledged as one of 'Tomorrow's Newsmakers' in the July 2009 issue of Real Estate Forum.

Nan Zieleniec

Senior Vice President of Human Resources

Nan Zieleniec was appointed Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Developers Diversified Realty in August 2005. In this role, she oversees human resources, payroll, training and employee development and the headquarters facilities.

Prior to joining Developers Diversified Realty, she served 15 years as the Vice President of Human Resources at Associated Estates Realty Corporation, a multi-family real estate investment trust in Cleveland. She also served as the Manager of Human Resources at Fidelity Investments in Cincinnati, and the Director of Employment/Employee Relations at SAMI/Burke, Inc., also in Cincinnati.

Ms. Zieleniec is a graduate of Ohio University, where she received a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Organizational Communication. She also has a Master of Science in Business from the University of Cincinnati, with a concentration in Human Resources and Labor Relations.

She has served as a panelist or speaker for organizations such as the National Multi Housing Council and was a founding member of the National Multi Housing Council's HR Forum and Compensation & Benefits Survey and a Program Director for the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts' (NAREIT) Human Resources Forum.

She is an active member in a variety of professional organizations, including the Society for Human Resource Management, Working in Employee Benefits (WEB), Northeast Ohio HR Planning Society, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Executive Women's Leadership Forum. Ms. Zieleniec currently serves on the Board of Trustees for North Coast Community Homes. She is also Chair of the Beachwood Civil Service Commission in Beachwood, Ohio.

Ms. Zieleniec has served as a board member for a variety of non-profit agencies, including the Center for the Prevention of Domestic Violence, the Jewish Community Federation HR Advisory Council and the Cleveland Jewish News.

Ms. Zieleniec currently sits on Developers Diversified's charitable contributions committee. She is actively involved in promoting both corporate philanthropy and employee volunteerism efforts and also oversees the company's Women's Initiative Program. In 2009, Ms. Zieleniec was honored as a 'Woman of Professional Excellence' by the Cleveland YWCA.
