DDR Declares Common Share Dividend of $0.155 for Fourth Quarter 2014

BEACHWOOD, Ohio, Nov. 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- DDR Corp. (NYSE: DDR) declared its fourth quarter 2014 common stock dividend of $0.155 per share, which represents an increase of 15% from the fourth quarter of 2013. The common stock dividend is payable on January 6, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 16, 2014.
